About this role
Inverness has no WoofWalk walker yet. We want three, and one who can cover the villages along the Black Isle or Loch Ness side would be useful.
WoofWalk is a UK app where a dog owner books a walker or sitter from the same area. You are self-employed on it. You set your prices, your hours and your bookings; owners pay through the app and you are paid out. We are not an employer, pay no wage, and do not guarantee any work.
No Inverness price research yet; nationally, public listings put an hour's walk at about £15. Your prices are your own to decide.
The Ness Islands, Bught Park, Craig Phadrig and the canal towpath are the local grounds, with the hills in every direction for anyone offering long walks.
No joining fee. Commission is 0% for the first 14 days, then 15% of each booking, dropping to 10% for life after five clients have joined through you. Tax, National Insurance and insurance are your own to keep in order.
A car is close to essential outside the town. Over 18.
Apply through Find a Job and tell us which side of Inverness you cover.
