HGV Class 2 Drivers Needed

Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for regular weekday work? We’re currently recruiting reliable drivers to join an established operation in Ilkeston, offering consistent daytime work and ongoing employment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out deliveries and collections along allocated routes, ensuring goods are transported safely and delivered within the required timeframes.

This is a customer-facing role, so you’ll need to be comfortable working independently, managing your daily route and representing the company professionally when dealing with customers.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you’ll need

A valid UK HGV Class 2 licence (Category C)

A valid Driver CPC Card

A valid Digital Tachograph Card

Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience

Good knowledge of UK roads and driving regulations

A reliable and professional attitude

Strong communication and customer service skills

The ability to work independently and manage your daily route

Ongoing temporary position

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Early morning starts

Regular daytime shifts

Additional hours may be required depending on workload

Pay and Benefits

£16.33 per hour
