Key Results and deliverables
Develop, implement and deliver the Group Procurement and Commercial Strategy. Deliver annual savings, productivity and value improvement targets from non-pay expenditure. Establish a best-in-class procurement and supply chain service across University Hospital Tees. Lead strategic sourcing, category management and supplier relationship management programmes. Ensure compliance with procurement legislation and governance frameworks. Lead the implementation and optimisation of digital procurement and inventory management systems
