Must-have requirements for Forklift Driver

* Minimum 6-12 months reach truck driving experience

* Proven experience in loading and unloading goods

* Proficiency in pallet handling and stacking

* Ability to work in busy warehouse environments

* Strong understanding of safe load handling and hazard identification

* Commitment to pedestrian safety and completing pre-use checks

* Ability to sit and operate machinery for extended periods and handle manual tasks when required

* Good level of English

Desirable requirements for Forklift Driver

* Additional forklift licenses

* Training in manual handling and working at height

* Background experience in the retail industry

* Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs

* Ability to work well under pressure

* Willingness to support picking and other departments as needed
