Forklift Driver - Dunstable

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver to work in the Superdrug Warehouse in Dunstable. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on picking and packing tasks while operating an FLT Reach truck.

Essential Requirements

• 6-12 months Reach truck experience
• Loading and unloading goods
• Pallet handling and stacking
• Experience in busy warehouse environments
• Safe load handling and pedestrian safety
• Hazard identification
• Ability to complete pre-use checks
• Ability to sit or operate machinery for extended periods
• Ability to handle manual tasks
• Good level of English

Desirable Requirements

• Additional forklift licences
• Trained in manual handling and working at height
• Background experience in the retail industry
• Ability to meet or exceed KPIs
• Work well under pressure
• Willingness to support picking and other departments

Role Responsibilities

• Operate FLT equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload stock accurately
• Carry out daily equipment checks
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures
