Production Operative

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Melton Mowbray.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy food production environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role

• As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
• Working within a food production environment
• Carrying out advanced production processes
• Packaging food products to the required standards
• Operating production machinery
• Following health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

6:30am – 2:30pm

What We’re Looking For

• Previous production, manufacturing or food production experience is desirable
• Experience with machinery or machine operating is an advantage
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Own transport is essential due to the location
