Shift Supervisor

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, hard working and hands on to join our team. Someone who can run a team but also be a team player.

Roles of this job include

To manage every shift responsibly, whilst providing a role model for all the team and always leading by example.

To manage complaints and issues in such a way as to ensure that our customers know that we, as a business, are concerned with their happiness.

To handle company cash responsibly and follow the daily cashing up procedure correctly ensuring that all paperwork is completed.

To be responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the premises during your shifts.

To open and set up the business for the day, also ensuring the business is locked and secure when leaving, making sure the alarm is set and active.

As part of the management team, you are responsible for keeping standards high and ensuring ever team member act as ambassadors for the business, creating an outstanding first impression and genuine welcome for every visitor
