A relevant TA qualification is desirable, but practical SEND experience and the right approach are equally important.

This isn't a short-term placement where you're moving from school to school.

We're looking for someone who wants to get to know the pupils, become part of the school community and build something long-term.

The role starts on a temporary basis through SEND Inclusion Support, with the opportunity for the right person to move into a permanent position with the school.

If you're an experienced SEND TA looking for a long-term opportunity in a mainstream Wigan school, we'd love to hear from you.
