to join a well-established and highly respected manufacturing company based in

West Bromwich

Pay & Shift Details

Hourly Rate

£17.69 (includes 22% shift allowance)

Shift Pattern

Rotating shifts

Morning Shift

Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00-13:00

Afternoon Shift

Monday-Thursday 14:00-22:00, Friday 13:00-20:00

Key Responsibilities

Set and operate press brakes and associated equipment

Manufacture parts efficiently to meet production targets

Monitor output rates and report any issues affecting performance

Take ownership of product quality and ensure standards are met

Maintain accurate production and quality records

Uphold high standards of workplace organisation (5S)

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

Carry out any additional duties as required

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience and strong knowledge of press brake operation

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Driven to meet and exceed targets while maintaining safety and quality

Positive attitude with a commitment to company values
