The University of Glasgow has been changing the world for more than 575 years, and today we are one of the world's top 100 universities. We are delighted to have been awarded Scottish University of the Year by the Times & Sunday Times Good University Guide 2024, demonstrating that we are not only one of the best universities in the United Kingdom, but one of the best universities for the world. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sports Development Coordinator to work within the University’s Student Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of a wide range of sport and physical activity programmes. You will play a key role in supporting club development, engaging students and increasing physical activity opportunities that encourage sustained involvement in sport whilst at university.
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a series of sporting events and liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
A key part of the role will include overseeing administrative processes to help support the delivery of all sporting activities.
This role is full time, and fixed term for up to 9 months from the start date.
