CSCS Demo Operative / CCDO Operative

Overview We are seeking skilled and reliable CSCS Demo Operatives or CCDO Operatives to join our team for a short-term project in London. Responsibilities

• Operate breakers and other demolition tools to break out concrete efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks within the project timeline.
• Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Assist with general site duties as required to support the smooth progression of the project.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CSCS or CCDO card.
• Proven experience in demolition work, particularly in using breakers and breaking out concrete.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices in a construction or demolition environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a demanding environment.

Day-to-Day

• Report to the site supervisor at the start of each shift for task assignments.
• Use breakers and other tools to carry out concrete demolition tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within the allocated time frame.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to site safety protocols at all times.
