We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.

Role Responsibilities

-Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

-Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise disruption

-Respond to urgent issues and troubleshoot on-site problems

-Maintain and test critical systems including generators, UPS units, and emergency lighting

-Keep accurate records of all work completed

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

-Experience in building services or facilities maintenance

-Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults

-Understanding of Health & Safety procedures

-Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

-Relevant qualifications or certifications in engineering or maintenance
