Personal Injury Fee Earner

Your new company

Our client is a well-established legal practice with a strong presence in the personal injury market. They are looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal / Fee Earner to join their successful team.

Your new role

You will manage your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters with a value of up to £100,000, covering both litigated and non-litigated claims.The caseload will primarily consist of RTA matters, including Portal claims and untraced and uninsured MIB claims. You will handle matters from initial instruction through to settlement, including obtaining medical evidence, assessing liability and quantum, negotiating settlements and issuing proceedings where appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Fee Earner with previous experience managing your own claimant caseload across both litigated and non-litigated matters.Strong RTA experience is required, alongside a good working knowledge of the CPR and experience progressing claims through the relevant portals and court process. Previous experience handling EL/PL matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
