About this role
The mental Health Practitioner will support the day-to-day clinical operations of Kelvin Grove by providing advice to guidance for both ELFT staff and Penrose staff. They will oversee day to day patient care, support clinical decision making, coordinate multidisciplinary reviews, provide clinical supervision and ensure effective discharge planning. The post holder will work collaboratively with CRHT and community teams to ensure that residents receive appropriate assessment, treatment and follow-up throughout their stay.
