Project and Client Delivery Manager

MAKS BUILDERS LTD, a Birmingham-based construction, repair, and renovation company serving residential and commercial clients since 2017, is looking for an organised and personable Project and Client Delivery Manager. You'll oversee projects from initial client engagement through to completion, acting as the key link between clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee residential and commercial projects from start to handover

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on programme

• Monitor budgets and costs, flagging variances early

• Ensure work meets quality, building regulation, and health & safety standards

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear and proactive updates

• Manage client expectations and resolve issues quickly and professionally

• Conduct project handovers and post-completion follow-ups

• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, variations.
