Sous Chef

Sous Chef - RNAS Yeovilton£33,900 per annum | 40 hours per week

Shifts between 6

00am and 8:30pm

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Sous Chef to support the delivery of high-quality food services at RNAS Yeovilton. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong kitchen leader who enjoys developing teams, leading from the front, and working in a fast-paced environment with genuine career development opportunities.

The Role- Lead daily kitchen operations and support hospitality functions

• Prepare and deliver high-quality meals to consistently high standards
• Train, develop, and motivate the kitchen team
• Manage stock, ordering, food costs, and waste control
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations
• Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service

About You- Previous experience in a Sous Chef or senior chef position

• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Experience within a high-volume catering environment
• Passionate about food, service, and maintaining high standards
