Lotus Recruitment is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist school in Doncaster.

You will help pupils build confidence, take part in learning and work towards individual goals through patient, consistent support.

Your responsibilities

Support classroom learning individually and in small groups.

Help pupils stay engaged and complete learning activities.

Encourage positive relationships and communication.

Support emotional regulation and appropriate behaviour.

Promote independence and recognise pupil achievements.

What we're looking for

Experience supporting young people in education, care, mentoring or youth work.

A calm, resilient and approachable manner.

The ability to maintain clear professional boundaries.

A commitment to teamwork and safeguarding.
