Corporate Governance Officer

You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience gained in a similar role. You will bring substantial experience in corporate governance and/or risk management, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be confident advising senior colleagues, interpreting guidance and procedural rules, producing high-quality reports and influencing others on complex issues. You will also be able to prioritise competing demands, work independently, meet changing deadlines and maintain close attention to detail. Experience of managing staff, projects and budgets is essential. You should also be comfortable using Microsoft Office and relevant risk management systems. Some travel and flexibility around meeting times may be required.
