Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for 2 warehouse operatives for our client based in Canterbury;

Pay

£14 per Hour

Main Duties

• Operate production machinery to achieve daily output targets.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
• Carry out routine equipment inspections and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Maintain production records, batch information, and process logs.
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks within the production area.
• Work with colleagues to resolve production issues and improve workflow.

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous machinery operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic fault-finding ability.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic maths skills for measurements and stock checks.
• Strong communication and teamworking skills.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
