Head of Nursing

Placed Partnership is recruiting for a senior and experienced Head of Nursing to provide strategic clinical leadership across a network of dialysis services in the London area.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an accomplished renal nurse with extensive management experience.

You will shape clinical standards, support Clinic Managers and nursing teams across multiple sites, and drive improvements in patient safety, governance, quality and patient outcomes.

The role involves providing strategic nursing leadership, strengthening clinical governance, leading quality and service improvement activity, ensuring compliance with NMC standards and relevant regulations, and promoting evidence-based practice and professional development.

You will work with senior stakeholders and act as a visible clinical leader across the multi-site operation.
