Healthcare Support Worker - Tarver Dialysis Unit

As a member of the team the nursing assistant must be able to prioritise and contribute to the delivery of high standards of care to patients, families and their carers in a safe and supportive environment under the direction of a registered practitioner. As part of the wider team the nursing assistant will assist in developing and maintaining services provided to patients and contribute to the safe, efficient and smooth running of the ward/clinical area/department maintaing the dignity and privacy of all patients and their families and carers and respect their right to confidentiality at all times.
