About the Role
Join G4S as a Security Supervisor at Tunbridge Wells Hospital, where you'll lead a professional security team within a busy healthcare environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Security Officer looking to take the next step in their career or for an existing Supervisor seeking a new challenge. You'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors while supporting and developing your team.
No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build your career with one of the UK's leading security providers.
Your Time at Work
As a Security Supervisor, you will
- Lead and support the on-site security team
- Oversee daily security operations and CCTV activities
- Ensure site procedures and security standards are maintained
- Support staff development through training, inductions and welfare checks
- Liaise with the client and operations management team
- Manage incidents and complete detailed reports when required
- Help maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
To be successful in this role, you'll need
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own transport
- Strong IT and report-writing skills
- Experience working within a security environment
- The ability to lead, motivate and support a team
- A professional and customer-focused approach
A CCTV Licence is desirable; however, training can be provided if required.
