The Role

• Learning to operate production machinery within the Finishing department
• Assisting with the production and finishing of printed materials
• Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Following health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Working as part of a supportive team to meet production targets
• Developing the skills needed to become a competent machine operator

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
• Able to follow instructions and health and safety procedures
• Happy to work a continental shift pattern
• Interested in developing new skills and building a long-term career
• Previous production or machine operating experience is an advantage but not essential

Permanent Days

6:00am-6:00pm

Permanent Nights

6:00pm-6:00am

Both shift options follow a continental pattern, meaning you work one week and have the following week off. Applicants must be aged 18 or over for these roles.
