Street Outreach Recovery Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to join our team in Nottinghamshire as a Street Outreach Recovery Co-ordinator, dedicated to supporting people who are rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness. You will work across nights and weekends, delivering street outreach and night shelter support to help individuals make positive changes and move towards stable accommodation. This is a hands-on role that involves engaging with people at all times of day and night, building trusting relationships, and empowering them to express their strengths and aspirations while taking steps towards a more settled future.

Contract Type

Fixed Term until 31 March 2028

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours
