We're looking for an Inclusion Manager to play a key role in delivering the Erasmus+ Inclusion and Diversity Strategy, ensuring that the programme remains accessible to people from all backgrounds, particularly those with fewer opportunities. Coordinate training and capacity-building activities for National Agency colleagues, assessors and beneficiaries.
Develop guidance, resources and best practice to support inclusive programme delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the education, training, youth and sport sectors.
Coordinate the Inclusion and Diversity Working Group and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
Support marketing and sector engagement activities from an inclusion and diversity perspective.
Monitor progress against inclusion and social value action plans and contribute to programme reporting.
Promote equality, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism across programme delivery.
About You
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for inclusion and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
