About this role
To respond to patient comments or complaints regarding any food quality issues and ensure appropriate action is taken Liaise with all staff regarding any service issues and any changes to Menus on a daily basis To work with any new starters to the department, demonstrating tasks and methods of work. Report any maintenance problems or defects within the Kitchen to the Estates Department. To deal with deliveries on an occasional basis, receiving any deliveries into the department, ensuring correct procedures are carried out in accordance with the HACCP system.
