The Best Connection are recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of Zendgroup, a busy e-commerce distribution operation based in Paddock Wood.

Pay and Benefits

£12.80 per hour basic pay.

Additional £1 per hour late-shift uplift, subject to the applicable shift hours.

£100 monthly attendance bonus, subject to eligibility.

25% pick-and-pack bonus, paid monthly once permanent after three months, subject to the scheme terms.

The Role

Working within Zendgroup's e-commerce warehouse, you will help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

Your duties will include

Picking and packing customer orders.

Checking products and quantities for accuracy.

Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch.

Replenishing stock and moving goods around the warehouse.

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

Working with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.

What We're Looking For

The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Previous warehouse or picking and packing experience is beneficial but

not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

You will work five days out of seven on either the early or late shift

Early shift

08:00-18:00.

Late shift

12:00-22:00.

Weekend availability is required. Shift requests may be considered, subject to operational requirements.
