About this role
To support the community staff nurses in implementing and evaluating high quality nursing care within an identified caseload To be familiar with and comply with the Trusts policies procedures and guidelines To attend and participate in Clinical Supervision To undertake a range of extended clinical tasks under agreed protocols as delegated by Health Care professional. E.g. blood pressure monitoring, venepuncture, and administration of injectable medications
