Venue Supervisors – Leisure & Entertainment

to join our lively entertainment venue in Hounslow.

We're not your average golf venue! From interactive driving range games and dinosaur-themed adventure golf to FootGolf, interactive darts, great food and a buzzing bar, we're all about bringing people together for a brilliant time.

In this role, you'll help keep the venue running smoothly, support our team and ensure every guest has a fantastic experience.

The Role

Working alongside our Duty Managers, you'll take an active role in the day-to-day running of the venue.

Key responsibilities include

Leading, motivating and supporting team members during shifts.

Overseeing activities, bar and café operations.

Delivering excellent customer service in a busy entertainment environment.

Supporting team training, coaching and development.

Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Assisting with opening and closing procedures, stock control and daily operations.

Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and presentation.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, entertainment or customer service.

Experience supervising, leading or supporting a team in a busy customer-facing environment is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A confident, friendly and approachable personality.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

A hands-on attitude and willingness to lead by example.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
