Bed Manager

Responsible for Day-to-Day Management of MH and LD beds in Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. Ability to work 12 hours shifts across the 7 days a week service. To work across all MH and LD inpatient settings within the Trust. Communicate widely at all levels within and outside of the Trust, specifically; MH Inpatient and Urgent Care Services, ICB and ASC, as required in relation to complex admission and discharge. Anticipate the demand on all hospital resources in relation to bed management and co-ordinate accordingly. Oversee patient discharge practice and act as an expert advisor across all inpatient units in the Trust. Deliver designated project work directly related to key directorate agendas.
