Year 6 SEN Teacher - Autism & Learning Needs

We are currently recruiting for a confident, experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a welcoming school based in Enfield, North London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a small Year 6 class of 12 pupils, supported by two dedicated support staff.

Although the pupils are in Year 6, they are currently working at approximately Year 1 to Year 3 academic levels, so lessons will need to be carefully adapted to meet their individual learning needs.

The class includes children with autism and a range of learning difficulties. All pupils are verbal, with social interaction and behaviour needs broadly similar to those you might expect in a Year 3 classroom.

We are looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging, appropriately differentiated lessons while maintaining a positive, structured and supportive classroom environment.
