Project Manager - Social Housing - Retrofit/Decarbonisation

Prosper Recruitment are working in partnership with a highly successful and market leading main contractor renowned for their expertise in social housing refurbishment and retrofit projects across the UK who are urgently seeking a Project Manager or capable Senior Site Manager to manage a decarbonisation scheme in Leeds. This is a warm homes scheme that will run until 2028 with a likely extension to 2030. This is a permanent position to start ideally immediately or in December if possible. The role would suit someone with a good understanding of and experience of running a retrofit scheme previously. Experience of SHDF and or ECO4 grant schemes would be highly advantageous. (
