Agile Delivery Manager - Water, Product, Agile

Up to £640pd (Inside IR35)

Hybrid / 2 days onsite in Coventry

3/6 months initially

The role will lead cross-functional Agile teams delivering a combination of data-driven insights, digital solutions and innovative operational initiatives designed to improve business and operational outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead or Product Manager.
• Previous water industry experience is essential, ideally within a UK water organisation.
• Strong experience delivering technology, digital or business transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, risks and dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
• Comfortable operating across both Delivery Management and Product Management.
• Able to work onsite in Coventry 2 days per week.

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering large-scale transformation within a regulated utilities environment.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Agile/Product certifications such as Scrum, SAFe, AgilePM or Product Owner.
