3rd Line Technical Analyst - Contract
Liverpool | 4 days onsite
⏳ 3 months | Inside IR35
We're looking for an experienced 2nd/3rd Line Technical Analyst to support a live operational environment across Traffic & Waterways.
Key responsibilities
- 2nd/3rd line support and incident investigation
- Infrastructure and networking support
- Cyber vulnerability tracking and remediation
- IT asset management
- Coordinating suppliers and on-site technical works, including UPS installations
- Driving technical issues and actions through to completion
You'll need a strong infrastructure, networking and IT support background, with the confidence to challenge and manage third-party suppliers. OT or Critical National Infrastructure experience would be beneficial.
Must have experience working in a logistics or operational organisation.
