Run our Stoke manufacturing site in Burslem, leading a small team with overall responsibility for production operations. Stoke Packaging Supplies, part of Floryn Packaging Group, celebrates 15 years of design and manufacturing in 2026. We produce high-quality packaging solutions and are dedicated to innovation, quality and customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on head-of-site role focused on the factory floor: production, health and safety and quality standards. The Directors are based off site, so you will be the senior person at Burslem day to day.
What you will do
lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations so production runs efficiently; implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet industry standards; drive continuous improvement across the production floor; oversee maintenance and mechanical systems so the plant runs reliably; keep the workplace safe and compliant with health and safety regulations; lead, supervise and develop a small production team.
