About this role
We are looking for sessional workers to join Workforce Solutions as Controller Responders.
CareCall247 is a 24/7 personal alarm monitoring and emergency response, helping people stay safe and independent at home.
The post-holders will provide an urgent telephone response service to all customers, ensuring compliance with the Telecare Service Association guidelines.
Main duties of the job include but are not limited to
- To monitor and answer calls on call handling platform inline with TSA guidelines.
- To complete onward referrals, in consultation with the customer to relevant health and social care service
- Ensure a high level of inputting into the call answering system and Service user records are maintained accurately
- To manage referrals to the Carecall247 service.
