What's involved with this role

Triumph Consultants are looking for a PCN Appeals Officer to support the day-to-day processing of Penalty Charge Notice representations and appeals, ensuring cases are handled fairly, efficiently and in line with relevant legislation and procedures. Contract is for 3 months in Wembley HA9 0FJ.

Key requirements

Proven experience of processing PCN representations is essential.

Strong knowledge of parking enforcement procedures and relevant legislation.

Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate responses.

Confident dealing professionally with members of the public, including sensitive or challenging situations.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate case records and make fair, consistent decisions.

Key responsibilities

Process PCN representations and appeals in line with relevant legislation and statutory guidance.

Assess case information and make appropriate decisions in accordance with established procedures.

Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.

Maintain complete and accurate case records.

Work with relevant teams and agencies to gather information and resolve cases.
