Triumph Consultants are looking for an HR Partner Workforce Transformation to provide pragmatic HR consultancy and support workforce transformation, complex employee relations and organisational change. Contract is for 6 months in Swindon SN1 2JH.

Key requirements

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.
• Proven HR Manager/Consultant experience within a complex organisation, ideally supporting transformation.
• Extensive employee relations experience, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, attendance and wellbeing cases.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, HR policy and performance management.
• Proven ability to influence senior managers, work with trade unions and use workforce data to support decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support workforce transformation activity, including organisational change, restructures and workforce planning.
• Provide clear, pragmatic HR advice to senior leaders and managers, managing complex casework and organisational risk.
• Use HR analytics and workforce data to identify trends, inform decisions and recommend proactive solutions.
• Build credible relationships with leaders, colleagues, partners and trade unions, supporting consultation and conflict resolution.
• Work across HR & OD to improve organisational performance, applying policy consistently and using technology and digital solutions effectively.
