Receptionist

We are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist, Automotive Receptionist or Service Receptionist to join an established independent automotive service and repair centre in Barnet. Applicants should have previous reception or customer service experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy front desk. Motor trade experience would be advantageous.

Salary

Up to £32,000 basic per annum

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm

Weekends

No Weekend Working

Receptionist Role

• Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer incoming calls and manage customer enquiries
• Book appointments and support the daily workshop schedule
• Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and workshop staff
• Keep customers updated regarding appointments and vehicle work
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete general administration
• Ensure the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently

Receptionist Requirements

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role
• Automotive reception or service centre experience desirable
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong organisation and administration skills
• Confident using computers and booking systems
• Ability to multitask within a busy working environment
