About this role

To produce quality fresh produce products to customer standards and specifications with an emphasis on quality, efficiency and performance.

You will

Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures and customer standards, including but not limited to Health & Safety, Food safety, Integrity & Quality and Equality & Diversity.

Produce and pack quality fresh produce products to customer standards and specifications.

Carry out any 'process' or 'task' as trained and advised by your Line Manager ensuring strict conformance to procedure. This includes nursery and growing tasks and packing.

Achieve KPIs for any machine or process.

Ensure the execution of any order against correct information and quality standards.
