Patient management plans

Obtain valid informed verbal and written consent for hysteroscopy procedures in accordance with Trust policy and professional standards. Provide expert information and counselling regarding hysteroscopy procedures, treatment options, risks, benefits, alternatives and aftercare. Leadership, governance and service development: As a qualified Band 7 Nurse Hysteroscopist, demonstrate advanced risk management, safeguarding and clinical governance responsibilities on behalf of patients and the wider team Provide visible clinical leadership, act as a role model and support the development of nursing and support staff.
