About this role
Yenis Care Services is a CQC-registered home care provider based in London NW10, supporting adults in their own homes across Brent and neighbouring North West London boroughs. We are looking for an organised Care Coordinator to join our office team. You will plan and schedule carers' visits and runs on our care management system, match carers to clients, cover sickness and last-minute changes, keep in touch with clients, families and commissioners, support new starters through induction, and help keep care records and compliance up to date. You may occasionally provide care visits or join the on-call rota.
