Sales Executive – Leamington Spa

We are recruiting for a Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive to join an established main dealership in Leamington Spa. Applicants must have previous sales or retail experience, a proven ability to achieve targets and a valid driving licence. Motor trade experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.

£21,000 Basic |

Hours

Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (working rota to be confirmed) day off in the week

Sales Executive Role

• Sell new and used vehicles while delivering excellent customer service
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
• Manage showroom, telephone and online enquiries
• Generate sales opportunities through prospecting and follow-up calls
• Achieve monthly vehicle sales, finance and profitability targets
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow FCA compliance procedures

Sales Executive Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or retail with a proven record of achieving targets
• Automotive sales experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence in building relationships and negotiating sales
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Valid driving licence
• Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday
