Team Leader & Admin - Maternity Leave Cover

We’re looking for an experienced team leader to support our housekeeping team across holiday cottages in the Derbyshire Dales. You’ll help coordinate daily turnarounds, check cleaning and presentation standards, and step in to clean when needed, making sure every property is guest-ready on time. You’ll be the first point of contact for housekeepers on the day, passing on property notes, flagging issues and keeping things running smoothly. Alongside this, you’ll spend around 5 hours a week on admin, such as checking rotas, logging maintenance and linen issues, and keeping simple records up to date. Previous holiday let or housekeeping experience is preferred, and you’ll need to be organised, reliable, and confident using a phone, email and spreadsheets.
