The unit will offer a full induction package with a supernumerary period. Training and competencies within the specialities and on-going support and professional development will be tailored to meet your individual needs; individual CPD advice is available from our Practice Education Team. The CPD offer includes the option to rotate within the Trust to widen your breadth of experience, skills and knowledge. On joining the Trust you will have access to our Preceptorship Programme to enable a smooth transition into your new role.
