Develop a standalone Risk Register Dashboard which extracts risk information from TeamNet and records risks added or closed in the reporting month and those above the escalation criteria. Produce exportable automated reports with the use of AI for each. TeamNet System Review Undertake a review of the TeamNet system covering configuration, user roles and access permissions, organisational and service structures, workflow functionality, data governance arrangements, reporting capabilities, system utilisation across departments, and opportunities to rationalise or replace TeamNet functionality where alternative solutions would be more efficient. Produce a documented requirements specification for all dashboard developments and enhancements, together with system specifications and process documentation. Develop recommendations for data integration, automation and reduction of duplicate data entry. Be responsible for the design, build, testing and implementation of agreed solutions, subject to SPCN approval at each stage. Ensure solutions are maintainable by SPCN following completion of the engagement, and provide knowledge transfer and handover documentation. Ongoing Improvement Engage with stakeholders and encourage collaboration to ensure reporting is appropriate for stakeholder requirements. Review feedback, working and supporting services to continually improve data outputs. Identify areas of improvement based on data and outcomes insights to feed back to Service Leads. Recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
