About this role
You'll play a key role in delivering a proactive, high-quality HR service, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters. Supporting employee relations cases such as absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability, bullying and harassment issues, you'll help ensure fair and consistent outcomes. You'll also contribute to organisational change projects, policy development, HR training and performance initiatives, while advising on employment legislation, terms and conditions, wellbeing and family-friendly policies.
