  • Creating, updating and maintaining digital learning resources and e-learning modules using authoring software, working with the L&D Manager to ensure content is accurate, accessible, engaging and aligned to learning objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate learning records, attendance data and feedback information, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Building and maintaining Excel trackers, reports and dashboards covering participation, completion, learner feedback, knowledge or confidence gains and application of learning.
  • Gathering and analysing feedback and learning data to help measure programme effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting the administration of learning platforms, content libraries, training materials and supplier bookings or invoices where required
  • Continuously looking for ways to enhance learning processes, communications, reporting and the overall learner experience.

What Will Make You Successful in This Role

  • Experience in an L&D, HR, training coordination, programme administration or similar support role.
