Full-time (40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday) Salary : 28,826.70 per year We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our team at Cygnet Fountains This role will be working Monday to Friday 9.00. to 17:00. Cygnet Fountains is a high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men who have severe and enduring mental illness and who may have been detained under the Mental Health Act. The individuals we support come to us following multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or stepping down from secure settings. Job Role We are seeking an academically strong candidate to support and enhance the psychological care of patients at the service by assisting the Qualified Psychologist with; Contributing to assessments, scoring and reporting (verbal / written) Clinical formulation and implementing care plans for psychological treatment Planning, delivering and evaluating individual / group programmes Administration, audit, research and service development Were looking for someone who is

Degree qualified in Psychology (2

1 or above) or equivalent BPS (British Psychological Society) Accredited Preferably experienced in health care and/or in an Assistant Psychologist role Passionate about learning and working as part of an interdisciplinary team Qualified to Masters degree level or higher in Psychology (preferable) Previous Assistant Psychologist experience, inpatient mental health experience or experience supporting people with psychosis, complex trauma or neurodevelopmental needs would be advantageous.
