Data Analyst

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to providing intelligence and insights to Taurus Clinical Services, GP Practices and Primary Care Networks. The Data Analyst will work across both Taurus Clinical Services, Herefordshire General Practice and Primary Care Analytics customers to provide intelligence and insights to provide better patient care. We aim to offer and deliver excellent, safe, co-ordinated, high quality patient analysis. Continuously learning, evolving and implementing new models of care, to create inclusion and reduce inequalities and improve outcomes. This is an exciting role and an opportunity to make a unique and measurable impact on patient care, also enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of General Practice and Integrated services. The postholder will be responsible for querying databases and development of dashboards to support clinical teams to improve patient care, practice and contractual delivery, as well as supporting the Herefordshire health and care system to make better decisions through improved neighbourhood data.
